“If you want to identify me, ask me not where I live, or what I like to eat, or how I comb my hair, but ask me what I am living for, in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully for the thing I want to live for.” -Thomas Merton
I am truly passionate about helping women live out the fullness of who they are and see that there can be growth through difficult and painful things. Nothing you say could probably shock me. I have walked a deep journey full of loss, loneliness, goodness, questioning, happiness, anger, fear. I walk with women through their grief, depression, loss, relationship difficulties and being with you as you discover more of You!
A Bit About Me
I have had my private practice in Southern California since 2013 working with women and men from ages 17-70’s…all different life stages from college students to grandparents, but all seeking to become more of their true selves!
I studied sociology and psychology at the University of California, Santa Barbara
I did my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Vanguard University and my Masters in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care at Biola University
I studied at Loyola Institute for Spirituality in their certificate program in Spirituality
I am a certified Life Coach
I currently work at Biola University at the Center for Spiritual Renewal as a Spiritual Director for their Undergraduates, Graduate students, and Staff.
These days I enjoy working in beautiful San Clemente, where I have a private practice offering an integrated approach of Counseling, Spiritual Direction, and Life Coaching. As well, as in person meetings, I Skype and FaceTime with women throughout the U.S. and around the world…from the Bay Area to Hong Kong!
I am passionate about helping others discover their trues selves and discover their deepest sense of belonging and self-worth
I specialize in grief, loss, and depression. I have worked with different types of caregivers to help them create soul care in their own lives.
