“If you want to identify me, ask me not where I live, or what I like to eat, or how I comb my hair, but ask me what I am living for, in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully for the thing I want to live for.”     -Thomas Merton

I am a lover of God, people, nature, and animals. I love helping people live out the fullness of their humanity and see that there can be growth through difficult and painful things that can help you connect more with you true self, others and your Higher Power.

I love to help individuals learn to be honest with themselves, God, and others. Nothing you say could probably shock me. I look young but I have walked a deep journey full of loss, loneliness, goodness, questioning, happiness, anger, fear. I believe God is compassionate to hold us all in everything we think, feel, and do. I love walking with individuals through their grief, depression, loss, relationship difficulties and being with you as you discern where God is working.
