“If you want to identify me, ask me not where I live, or what I like to eat, or how I comb my hair, but ask me what I am living for, in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully for the thing I want to live for.”     -Thomas Merton

I am truly passionate about helping women live out the fullness of who they are and see that there can be growth through difficult and painful things. Nothing you say could probably shock me. I have walked a deep journey full of loss, loneliness, goodness, questioning, happiness, anger, fear. I walk with women through their grief, depression, loss, relationship difficulties and being with you as you discover more of You!
